Ichikawa Danzô II
 

Born in Edo in 1710. He was the son of Ichikawa Danzô I, starting to play under the name of Ichikawa Ichisaburô. He left Edo after a quarrel with his father and became a travelling actor. Ichisaburô was performing in the city of Utsunomiya when he heard of the death of his father in April 1740. He went back to Edo and took the name of Ichikawa Danzô II in July 1740. He died a few months later, the 20th of October 1740.
