Nakamura Moshio I
 

The actor Nakamura Karoku I held the name of Nakamura Moshio I from his teens to the 2nd lunar month of 1804.

Unknown date of birth. Unknown relationship to the Mihogi clan. His first stage name was Mihogi Tomisaburô. He became a disciple of Nakamura Karoku I and received the name of Nakamura Moshio in the 11th lunar month of 1820 in Kyôto at the Kitagawa no Shibai. This minor wakaonnagata actor most likely died in 1838. He was not acknowledged as an official member of the line.

Nakamura Moshio II
 

The actor Bandô Shûka II held the name of Nakamura Moshio II from around 1857 to February 1873.

Nakamura Moshio III

Born in 1843. Disciple of Nakamura Tokizô I, his first stage name was Nakamura Eijirô. He took the name of Nakamura Moshio III in April 1908 at the Meijiza, along with his master Nakamura Karoku III and his master's adopted son Nakamura Tokizô II who both celebrated their shûmei. The new Moshio unfortunately held his name only for a few months as he died the 16th of August 1908.

The actor Nakamura Kanzaburô XVII held the name of Nakamura Moshio IV from October 1929 to December 1949.

Nakamura Moshio V

Born the 28th of October 1938. He was the son of Ichikawa Kuzô V. Disciple of Nakamura Kanzaburô XVII, he started his career in February 1958, in Tôkyô at the Kabukiza, where he received the name of Nakamura Nakanosuke and performed in the drama "Nigatsudô". He finally took the name of Nakamura Moshio V in July 1964 at the Kabukiza, performing in "Omiki Dokkuri" and "Shinobugusa Sugata no Nishikie". These July Kabuki programs celebrated the memories of both Nakamura Tokizô III and Nakamura Tokizô IV. It was also the shûmei of Nakamura Sanzaemon V, Nakamura Seigorô III and Nakamura Kosaburô. He appeared on stage for the last time in June 1969, performing at the Tôyoko Gekijô in "Yoritomo no Shi", "Kumagai Jin'ya" and "Onnagata no Ha". Victim of a car crash, he had to quit the Kabuki world.
