Arashi Shimpei II
 

Dates of birth and death unknown. He started his career in 1751, becoming a disciple of Arashi Shimpei I's adopted son Arashi San'emon IV. His master died the 22nd of April 1756 and he quickly became the disciple of Arashi Sankatsu I. His second master disappeared in 1767 and he took his name in 1769, becoming Arashi Sankatsu II (his first known stage name). He took the name of Arashi Shichisaburô II in November 1771, playing at the Naka no Shibai the role of Urashima Ayagorô in the kaomise drama "Temomutsumajiya Ryûgû no Shimadai". He became zamoto from November 1776 to October 1777, producing at the Naka no Shibai Nagawa Kamesuke I's drama "Igagoe Norikake Gappa". He took the name of Arashi Shimpei II in July 1779 at the Kado no Shibai, playing the role of Abe no Yasuna in the drama "Ashiya Dôman Ôuchi Kagami" (the role of Kuzu-no-Ha was played by Nakamura Tomijûrô I). He made his last stage performance in ôshibai the same year, in December 1779, playing at the Kado no Shibai the roles of Igo, Yazama Jûtarô and Kampei's mother in the drama "Kanadehon Chûshingura". His final ranking in January 1780 in the Ôsaka hyôbanki, tachiyaku section, was jô-jô (superior - superior).

Arashi Shimpei III
 

The actor Nakayama Raisuke IV held the name of Arashi Shimpei III from November 1788 to the end of 1793.

Arashi Shimpei IV
 

Date of birth unknown. He started his career in Kamigata, performing under the name of Arashi Tsunetarô. He took the name of Arashi Shimpei IV in November 1797 in Ôsaka, performing in the kaomise drama "Hanekonda Uma no Kaomise", which was produced by Mimasu Daijirô at the Wakadayû no Shibai and also celebrated the shûmei of Arashi San'emon VIII. He went to Edo in April 1801 and stayed there for quite a long time. He went back to Kamigata in the middle of the 1800s, where his career became obscure. He died in 1817.
