Dates of birth and death unknown. He was recorded for the first time in the 11th lunar month of 1706, when he played under the name of Tamamoto Kashiwazaki at the Moritaza the role of Bannai's nyôbô Okyô in the kaomise drama "Keisei Azuma Kagami". He went to Kamigata in Fall 1707, took the name of Ikushima Kashiwazaki and played in Ôsaka in the 11th lunar month of 1707 the role of Princess Sumizome in Asada Kyûshirô's kaomise drama "Hyakuma Yamanba", which celebrated the shûmei of Bandô Hikosaburô I. He changed the first ideogram of his family name in the 1st lunar month of 709, when he played in Ôsaka the role of the gejo Take in the drama "Izumi Shikibu Sennin Otoko", which was produced by Arashi San'emon III. He went to Kyôto and played in the 1st lunar month of 1712 and played the role of Hatsuyuki in the new year drama "Keisei Yakkei no Mizuumi". He went back to Ôsaka in 1717 and appeared on an ôshibai stage for the last time in the 2nd lunar month of 1717, when he performed in Ôsaka at the Kita no Shinchi Shibai [1] in the new year ni-no-kawari drama "Tori Busshi Kogane no Niwatori" which was produced by Kataoka Nizaemon II and Azuma Sanpachi. His rank in the 1717 Ôsaka hyôbanki [2], wakaonnagata section, was jô-(shiro)jô (superior - (white) superior) [visual]. No record afterwards.

Dates of birth and death unknown. Disciple of Ikushima Shingorô, he received the name of Ikushima Tôgorô. He performed as a tachiyaku in the 1st lunar month of 1724 at the Nakamuraza in the new year drama "Matsu Kazari Kamakura Biraki" (first-recorded performance). He performed at the Moritaza in the new year drama "Semimaru Ôsaka no Midori" (last-recorded performance). His rank in the 1731 Edo hyôbanki (3rd lunar month of 1731), tachiyaku section, was (superior) [visual]. No record afterwards.

Dates of birth and death unknown. Disciple of Ikushima Shingorô, he received the name of Ikushima Tôzaburô. He performed as a tachiyaku in the 11th lunar month of 1718 at the Nakamuraza in the kaomise drama "Hirakana Yomeiri Izu Nikki" (first-recorded performance). He performed in the 11th lunar month of 1721 at the Ichimuraza in the kaomise drama "Kichirei Imagawajô" (last-recorded performance). His rank in the 1722 Edo hyôbanki (3rd lunar month of 1731), tachiyaku section, was naka-no-jô (superior in the middle class). No record afterwards.
