Nakamura Ginnosuke I
 

The actor Nakamura Nakazô IV held the name of Nakamura Ginnosuke I from 1861 to October 1884.

Born in Asakusa the 3rd of April 1881. Adopted son of Nakamura Nakazô IV, he took the name of Nakamura Ginnosuke II in July 1886. He became nadai in 1902. He appeared on stage for the last time in May 1907, playing the role of Shiozawa Tanzaburô and Date Hyôgonosuke in the drama "Date Moyô Konomi no Oriwake", which was staged in Tôkyô at the Engiza. He unfortunately died too young, the 18th of September 1907.

Born the 30th of July 1973. He graduated from the Actors Training Center of the National Theatre (15th graduation) and made his debut on stage in April 2000 at the National Theatre, performing in the drama "Natsu Matsuri Naniwa Kagami". He became a disciple of Nakamura Kankurô V and received the name of Nakamura Ginnosuke III in April 2001, performing a soldier role in the "Daimotsu no Ura" scene of the drama "Yoshitsune Senbon Zakura". He was arrested by the police the 5th of August 2005 for violation of the anti-drug law. No record afterwards. He was expelled from the Nakamuraya guild.
