The sakusha Masuyama Kinpachi II held the name of Tsuchii Hyôshichi I from 1808 to the 10th lunar month of 1822.

Dates of birth and death unknown. the sakusha Tsuchii Hyôshichi II was active in Edo from 1828 to 1829. He worked in the 11th lunar month of 1828 at the Nakamuraza, along with Tsuruya Nanboku IV, Segawa Jokô II, Matsumoto Kôji I and Tajima Konosuke I, on the kaomise drama "Motomishi Hana Otogi Heike". He also worked in the 1st lunar month of 1829 in the same theater with the same sakusha team on the new year sogamono drama "Momiji-ni Shika Furisode Soga". No record afterwards.
