Born in 1786. Son of Bandô Mitsugorô II, his made his first stage appearance in 1791. He took the name of Onoe Monzaburô II in January 1801 and became tachiyaku in 1804. He went to Ôsaka with his father in Fall 1806. They also tourred in Kyôto in 1807 and in Nagoya in Summer 1808. they went back to Edo in Fall 1808. Hen played in November 1808 at the Moritaza the roles of Yoshisada and Magosaburô in the drama kaomise "Hana to Mitsu Yuki no Kusunoki". He took the names of Ogino Senka and Ogino Izaburô III in November 1816 and November 1823. Both shûmei occured at the Kawarazakiza. He appeared on stager for the last time in September 1828, playing at the Ichimuraza the role of the yakko Tsumazô in the drama "Katakiuchi Gappô-ga-Tsuji". He died in Edo the 9th of December 1828. His last ranking in the 1828 Edo hyôbanki was slightly above jô-jô-hankichi.
