The sakusha Fukumori Kyûsuke II held the name of Matsumoto Kôji I from the 1810s to the 10th lunar month of 1833.

Dates of birth and death unknown. He was a disciple of Matsumoto Kôji I. He worked in the 1st lunar month of 1847 at the Kawarasakiza for Sakurada Jisuke III and Kawatake Shinshichi II on the new year sogamono drama "Norikake Soga Dôchû Sugoroku"; the roles of Kudô Saemon Suketsune, Soga Gorô Tokimune and Soga Jûrô Sukenari were played by Nakamura Utaemon IV, Matsumoto Kinshô I and Ichikawa Kuzô II. He worked for Sakurada Jisuke III at the Ichimuraza in the 11th lunar month of 1850 on the drama "Go Taiheiki Date no Masugata", which celebrated the shûmei of Morita Kan'ya XI. No record afterwards.
