The actor Ogino Yaegiri I playing the role of Miyako no Niki in Sawamura Bunji's kaomise drama "Asahi no Ichikura Eigô Seki", which was staged in the 11th lunar month of 1731 in Kyôto at Hayagumo Chôdayû's theater

Dates of birth and death unknown. His first stage name was Takemura Kikumatsu. He became disciple of Bandô Mitsugorô IV and received the name of Bandô Kakô at an unknown time. He took the name of Ogino Yaegiri IV in January 1883 at the Hisamatsuza. This minor onnagata actor was active in Tôkyô koshibai up to Summer 1895. We don't know what happens to him afterwards for he disappeared from the records.
