[1] Nakamura Rikô ? It could mean that a third actor held the name of Nakamura Rikô during the 1820s. Arashi Rikô I held the name of Nakamura Rikô II from the 11th lunar month of 1808 to the 12th lunar month of 1817. He was officially the last in this line.

[2] It could be Segawa Kikumo. No record anywhere.
